Meterflow is a multi-tenant fuel-delivery operations platform: drivers run routes on a handheld, dispatch manages stops in real time, and the office gets tickets, barcodes, and proof back in one system. We send email only for account verification and operational notifications tied to real product activity.
This page exists so email providers (including MailerSend) can review who we are, what Meterflow does, and exactly what messages we send. We do not send newsletters, cold outreach, or marketing campaigns from this product email channel.
What Meterflow is
Route software for fuel companies
Fuel companies use Meterflow to run daily delivery work: plan routes, put stops on driver phones, scan tank barcodes, capture gallons and photos, and sync tickets back to dispatch and billing.
Stops on a handheld
Drivers get their route, scan tanks, log gallons, capture tickets and photos, and keep working offline when needed.
Live route control
Dispatchers add or move stops while trucks are out. The driver's screen updates as the route changes.
Tickets that billing can use
Completed deliveries, barcode events, and asset proof land in one system instead of paper stacks and radio relays.
Business accounts, not a public list
Email goes to account users and customer contacts that a fuel company configures inside Meterflow — not purchased or scraped addresses.
Email use case
What the email channel is used for
Meterflow uses email as a transactional / operational channel for messages that are triggered by a user action or a delivery-system event. Recipients are drivers, dispatchers, admins, or customer contacts already associated with a tenant account.
- Driver / user verification codes One-time login codes such as “Driver App Verification Code” so authorized users can sign in. These are requested by the user during authentication.
- Delivery document notifications Operational messages when a delivery ticket is completed, a barcode is added or requested, or an APB is completed — sent to contacts the customer/tenant has configured for document delivery.
- Internal operational alerts Failure notifications for things like route-submission errors, so the operating team can investigate. These go to configured staff recipients, not the public.
How addresses get onto the system
Addresses come from people who create or are invited into a Meterflow account, or from customer contacts that a fuel-company administrator adds and assigns to document-delivery rules. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or import unrelated third-party marketing lists for this channel.
Privacy
How we treat email data
Meterflow processes business contact information to operate fuel-delivery workflows: authenticate users, deliver documents related to deliveries and assets, and alert operators about system events.
We use email addresses only for those product purposes. We do not sell contact lists. Transactional messages are sent because of an account action, a configured delivery rule, or an operational alert.
If you received a Meterflow email and believe it was sent in error, contact sales@meterflow.xyz and we will investigate promptly.

Meterflow provides software for fuel-delivery operations. Access to the product is limited to authorized company accounts. Using Meterflow means you agree to provide accurate business contact information for users and customers you enroll, and to only send or configure email for legitimate operational purposes related to those accounts.
The email channel described on this page is for transactional and operational messages only. It is not a bulk marketing service. Abuse, deceptive sending, or use of non-consented third-party lists is not permitted.
